Payment Policy

50% deposit is due on confirmation of booking.
100% (balance) is payable one month prior to arrival.
100% is payable on confirmation of booking if over the Festive season, public holidays and over the Alfred Dunhill Tournament.
100% payment on booking is due if the booking is made within two weeks or less of proposed arrival dates.

Cancelation Policy

A fee of 25% of the full accommodation price is charged if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.
A fee of 50% of the full accommodation price is charged if cancelled 30-15 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival, a zero refund will apply.
Please note that additional bank charges may occur when cancelling.
