Succumb to bushveld luxury at Ezulwini Billy’s Lodge, a lodge built on the banks of a seasonal riverbed that brings in herds of grazing animals and their predatory counterparts right to the vicinity of the lodge. Located in the Olifants West Nature Reserve, Ezulwini Billy’s Lodge enjoys a pristine location in a private region of the Greater Kruger. One of Billy’s major drawcards is its raised wooden skywalk overlooking the bushveld and private waterhole.

The lodge is decked with leadwood masterpieces and high thatched roofs, which creates an element of space and opulence throughout the main area. The main area flows out to the elegant private suites comprising plunge pools, sun decks, and both indoor and open-air showers. It goes without saying that Billy’s Lodge caters to guests with a taste for sumptuousness.

From the boma area to the cozy African-inspired dining room and outside deck; Billy’s offers a multitude of dining areas. Expect to fall asleep to the sounds of nightlife filling the air, while you remain cocooned in the comfort of your safari suite. An early morning wake up call signifies the start of an exciting day in the South African bush.

Ezulwini Billy’s Lodge occupies a unique location on a seasonal riverbed, which is a regular corridor for feeding elephants and various other game. Hoedspruit is the closest town to Ezulwini, and is 45 minutes’ drive away. Most guests arrive at Hoedspruit Eastgate airport and drive or transfer the 30 km stretch to the lodge.

Upon arrival at Hoedspruit airport guests can pick up their rental cars or join their transfer team who will be ready and waiting for them. Guests driving themselves can follow our very simple directions to Ezulwini from Hoedspruit airport.

Single Supplement

A single supplement of 25% applies to single guests occupying a suite/chalet.

Conservation Levies

Olifants West Nature Reserve Entrance Fee of R90 per vehicle and R220 per person per stay or if departing and re-entering the reserve for day excursions etc each time, payable in cash or credit card (MasterCard and Visa only) payable direct at the Olifants West Gate

Transfers

R300 per person each way – this is from/to the Olifants West Gate, Olifants West Nature Reserve for guests using the OR Tambo Shuttle.
